Blue Shirt of Death
I was a heavy Windows user and I NEVER remember seeing this error page! I think in this case a little ctl + alt + del is in order!

If you are on a Mac… try the following:
1. Open finder
2. Click on the “All…” option under “Shared” on the left side
3. Switch the VIEW mode to the RIGHT most option
4. click on one of the “blue” screen icons
5. Laugh your butt off
